Risk Assessment

Several of the risks we have highlighted are:
  • throwing paint or paint powder could cause slipping or potential accidents
  • running through London is quite dangerous (it's also by a river so we'll have to plan these shots very carefully)
  • a lot of people in a small area (crowd whilst the band plays) could be hazardous as people may be claustrophobic / hit one another by accident
  • forgetting lyrics for lip sync
  • battery runs out
  • tape runs out
  • actors don't have correct costume
  • damaged equipment
  •
Ways to stop risks:
  • make sure the paint isn't in areas of tripping
  • be very careful running through london
  • ask people before hand if they suffer from claustrophobia / make sure they don't wave their arms around
  • have lyrics on set just in case
  • have extra batteries
  • have extra tapes
  • check with actors about their costumes
  • be careful, very careful

1 comment:

  1. L2 - incomplete
Tapes running out are not risks
    Unspecific emergency contact numbers etc
    Not a risk assessment layout.
