Several of the risks we have highlighted are:
- throwing paint or paint powder could cause slipping or potential accidents
- running through London is quite dangerous (it's also by a river so we'll have to plan these shots very carefully)
- a lot of people in a small area (crowd whilst the band plays) could be hazardous as people may be claustrophobic / hit one another by accident
- forgetting lyrics for lip sync
- battery runs out
- tape runs out
- actors don't have correct costume
- damaged equipment
Ways to stop risks:
- make sure the paint isn't in areas of tripping
- be very careful running through london
- ask people before hand if they suffer from claustrophobia / make sure they don't wave their arms around
- have lyrics on set just in case
- have extra batteries
- have extra tapes
- check with actors about their costumes
- be careful, very careful
